I'm an introvert too and though I'd love to be an extrovert, it just is not in my genes. It takes me a little while to get to know people and many times they've mistaken that for aloofness or worse. But given a chance, introverts can become very loyal friends and would bend over backwards to help out their dearest buddy.
I wish I would always get 15 minutes to transition! It takes me forever to shift my focus from one thing to another. That entire list is completely me.
"Give them advanced notice of expected changes in their lives" ~ I would also appreciate advance notice of things I enjoy so I can look forward to them. I love anticipating good stuff.
